In our life, we always have to face with
many troubles and each one has a solution for their problems… others may be
afraid, worried, but some people who choose a positive behavior to face their problem
For me, I was reckless. I was always
worried, scared when I had problem and it had not helped me anything, on the
contrary, it only brought me more suffering.
So I tried to find another way. I found it and now I want to share it to
you.
Yes, that is to smile. Today I will
share about the value of smile in tension.

One person said that : smile is key of
to happiness
We all believe that smile is necessary
for our life
We can give a long list about benefit of
smile such as smile helps us to be happy, peaceful, and joyful.
However,
when we have problem, some people don’t smile, they choose some negative
behavior instead, such as getting angry, worried, afraid…
So
now I want to share with you three values of smile in tension
1. Smile
reduces stress, it helps you more comfortable.

Smile is the best way to relax when you
are stressed.
Our ancestor said that: Smile is the best medicine. When you
smile, you will feel comfortable, your pressure will go away, and you will feel
lighter.

In tension, if you smile, it will give
you a peaceful and safe feeling
According to a survey conducted by one
Health center of one American university: 90% of students said that when they have
a problem they believe that smile will help them feel peace and easy to accept
their problem. Although when face with their problem, they feel so hard and
want to hide, but when they dare to face with their troubles with a smile and an
optimistic behavio, they feel easy to overcome it.

helps you to be wiser to solve the problem

Smile helps you control your feelings, your
thoughts and keep you calm to solve problems
When you smile, you
show that you are an optimistic & confident person. Because when we are
stressed or angry, we are easy to lose control and sometimes make wrong
decisions that we later regret. So, smile helps you balance your emotion.

problem.
Not everyone can control their feelings
when they are angry or stressed. Many people feel worried and confused, and don’t
know what to do. The problem sometimes own us. But when we smile, we more or
less understand the problem and own it

Japan. He said that “ if somebody hurt
you, you can cry, but don’t forget to smile again because it helps you stronger”.
Yes, smile has a big power in the tension. It can help you stronger and more
courageous to fight with your problems.

Smile is a way to show you are a winner.
Victor Hugo said that: “When life gives you a hundred reasons to
cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile”. Surely, many
things will make us cry because of tiredness and pressure in this life, but sometimes
tear cannot help us anything, so we have to encourage ourselves and smile.
